WHAT IS BIE?

BIE is an acronym for "Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination"

WHY BIE CAN HELP YOU

Did you know in some cases, "healthy" foods can actually harm the body?
Did you know you can essentially become dehydrated although you're drinking plenty of water?
We're all aware of the body's "hardware" (muscle, bones, organs, etc.), but did you know there's a virtual "software" of the body?
When helping individuals with various health disorders, most practitioners work solely with the body's hardware and overlook the vital importance of working with the body's software. 
Do you ever wonder why taking supplements can be effective for some people and ineffective for others, or why some people won't heal even though they're doing "everything right"?
Vital life force energy (Bio-energy) fills every cell within the human body. Energy controls every metabolic process, including biochemical changes that occur within the cells. It controls the utilization of nutritional substances, the functioning of all body systems including the immune system. This vital life force energy is referred to as the "software" of the body. 

HOW A BIE TREATMENT WORKS

BIE is a very specific modality that is highly effective, efficient and practical.  
The treatment itself is done in a reclined position in my office using a modern technology (GSR unit), which delivers both energy clearing, and information (frequency) in a simple and non-invasive method that assists the body's 'software', allowing it to recognize the 'stressor' or 'culprit' that's at the root of the symptoms or health disorder. The BIE treatment uses both a gentle electric pulse and a light pulse directed into specific acupressure points, and is needle free and gentle enough for infants and pets.

 Once the body's able to recognize the stressing frequency, it will then return to a balanced state of health, thereby, alleviating suffering. Similarly, "resetting" or "rebooting" a computer clears energy blocks that cause the computer to slow down or even freeze, allowing it to return to proper function.

The BIE treatment allows the body to return to a state of BALANCE or "homeostasis" without the use of needles or drugs.  It is safe, gentle, and effective.

​When the body is in a state of STRESS, it signals to 'alert' itself to or block whatever it was exposed to (internally and/or externally) during that time in order to avoid being in that stressed state in the future.

Any substances you are exposed to at a time of stress can potentially become a 'stressor'.
Foods, emotions, hormones, pets, pollen, electromagnetic frequencies, and chemicals & environmental pollutant, can all be seen as 'stressors' to the body, and can result in adverse reactions, sensitivities, intolerances, and/or aversions.

BIE can help your body recognize these 'stressors', and allow you to get relief.

​ BIE works best when the appropriate number of sessions are administered, which is an average of 2-4 sessions
(up to 7) depending on your level of imbalance and number of root "stressors". 

 Long term health and healing requires nurturing and support to realign.  For this reason Myia often suggests a minimum of 2-3 BIE sessions to start to support the proper balance & upgrade in your body's energetic software.
Additional support that may be needed can be discussed in your initial consult.

​EXAMPLES OF BIE TREATMENT PROTOCOLS & NUMBER OF SESSIONS THAT MAY BE NEEDED

Allergies: For those with common seasonal allergies, pet and/or dust allergies.
 (approximately 3-4 sessions) - plus the inclusion of supplementation and possible need for added gut health protocol.

Digestive Balance: for those with minor digestive issues such as GERD, acid reflux, indigestion.
 (approx. 4-7 BIE sessions) - amino acids, water, ADH, vasopressin, fats/oils kit, digestive enzymes, digestive homeostasis kit. 
​Gut health protocol may be needed in which case Integrative Wellness sessions or Gut Health program may be desired for long term results.

Energy/Sleep/Stamina Balance (approx. 5 BIE sessions) - amino acids, sugars, chromium, vanadium, manganese, iron, serum total iron, thyroid kit, adrenaline, cortisol, corticosterone, noradrenaline, B vitamins, adrenal cortex, adrenal medulla, candida cleanse. 

Stress Balance (approx. 3 BIE sessions) - amino acids, B vitamins, endorphins a & b, serotonin, adrenaline, cortisol, noradrenaline, corticosterone, GABA, water, ADH, vasopressin, magnesium, calcium
May be combined with emotion release and stress relief practices in session.

​Acid/Alkaline Balance (approx. 5 BIE sessions) - acid/Alkaline kit, sugars, insulin
May come with supporting documents and dietary changes

​Iron Balance (approx. 3 BIE sessions) - amino acids, iron, serum total iron, hemoglobin, vitamin B12, vitamin C, intrinsic factor, HCl, liver 
GI health may need to be explored in Integrative Wellness sessions.

​​Hormone Balance (approx. 5-7 sessions) - reproductive kit, hormones, steroid pathways, thyroid kit, candida/fungi
GI and Integrative Wellness may need to be explored for those with chronic imblances.

POSSIBLE OUTCOMES OF BIE 

When the body begins to balance itself, minor symptoms like the odd headache, sore throat, sinus congestion, tired or lethargic feeling, aches and pains or possibly even nausea are all usually signs of the body cleansing. This is known as the "healing process ". A healing process can start the day after the session up to 3 weeks in some cases, and may last from 1 to 28 days. In fact, clients may appear to be feeling sick. This is common. The body is merely re-experiencing the same symptoms, temporarily, as it now returns on the uphill road, throwing off and eliminating toxic wastes.
