You may like to know a bit about me, and my why..

​My life and my health journey has held a lot of challenge (lifelong autoimmune survivor, addictions, mental health issues, chronic pain, IBD and infections, loss, betrayal, and near death experiences).  Oof.

I spent years as a patient before I became a practitioner, and
 I know what it is like to be failed by medicine while your body keeps asking for help.

After the premature birth of my son (made with extraordinary means), I was sicker than ever and recovery looked bleak (I was waiting to die).  On my 34th birthday I decided (prayed) that I wanted to live for my son, and be well.

​This ultimately drove me towards education and answers.

​And I began learning, not just studying - searching, with the urgency of someone whose life depended on finding real answers.  What I found changed everything!  And then I spent the next decade making sure I could offer the same possibility to others.

What that journey produced...

  My experiences combined with my past and ongoing education has created a deep well of understanding, patience, and compassion. I am here to guide you in finding answers and support, so you too can overcome challenging health conditions and chronic symptoms.  

Everyone deserves to be able to find peace, safety, and wholeness in their body and life.

Education 


 I came to the holistic world with a previous background in aesthetics & skincare, followed by a 5 year journey into nursing as a care aide, providing personal physical care.  When the time came to heal myself, I knew this was not my way forward.
Over the last 14+ year I have followed what my clients and my own healing journey kept asking me to deepen, master & learn next.

My background spans a deliberately broad education in integrative and functional healthcare.
